You may bring your work to the festival grounds and fill out entry forms between noon and 6 p.m. Feb. 24. * Artist Ronnie Moorer introduces children to the creation of ethnic art in a class called "Ethnic Art in Your Face" Feb. 15 at 3:30 p.m. Moorer demonstrated pencil drawings and then allows the children to participate and explore their own creations. The class will take place at the 78th Street Community Library, 7625 Palm River Road. Call: 612-9123.
