WANT A HOUSE FEATURED HERE? EDITOR'S NOTE: Coverage of real estate transactions in the Brandon News & Tribune has changed. Each week, selected homes will be featured, similar to the example shown here. The new format gives readers more information to keep tabs on what homes are worth in Brandon neighborhoods. Real estate agents and home sellers are invited to submit photos and information according to these guidelines.

Photos submitted for SOLD! must follow these guidelines, which will ensure the highest image quality and the details accompanying each photograph are correct. Information will be verified for accuracy.

1. Photos must be 200 dpi (dots per inch) and 10 inches wide. The home should fill the frame.

2. Photos should show the entire front of the structure (as much as possible) and should avoid distractions such as automobiles, people and signs. The original integrity of the image must be maintained, meaning nothing may be added or removed from the photo through computer enhancement.

3. Photos must include a caption that includes information about the home or property. To be published, the information must include:

a) Address, city and ZIP code of the home or property

b) Sale price and number of days on the market

c) Date of the photo

d) Name of the company and agent or owner listing the home or property and the name of the buyer's agent and company

e) The name of the person and/or company submitting the photograph

f) The home's square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, along with major amenities

g) A contact name and phone number for the person and/or company providing the photograph in case questions arise

4. Photos cannot exceed 3 megabytes per e-mail. If they do, they will be rejected by the server. If that occurs, send one image per e-mail along with the required information.

5. E-mail photos to

photo@tampatrib.com (lower case, one word, no spaces).

6. After e-mailing the photograph, please contact a Tampa Tribune digital lab technician at (813) 259-7336 or (813) 259-7712 to ensure optimum quality control.
