Riverview Drive East Of I-75 Closed For Month
RIVERVIEW - A portion of Riverview Drive east of Interstate 75 has been shut down and might remain closed to motorists for up to a month.
Hillsborough County officials on Tuesday authorized an emergency closing to allow work crews to fix a leaking Mosaic Fertilizer water line. The leak has washed out part of the road between Dean Street and Albyar Avenue west of U.S. 301, and workers must rebuild the road along with the pipe, officials said.
Motorists can use Progress Boulevard to the north or Gibsonton Drive to the south as detour routes.
