A Pair Of Road Closures Are On The Way

RIVERVIEW - Two roads within a quarter-mile radius of each other will soon be closed for the evening.

On Wednesday, the section of Boyette Road between Balm-Riverview Road and Christina Drive will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next day.

Drivers may detour by taking Balm-Riverview to Park Drive, then Park to McMullen Loop and McMullen Loop back to Boyette Road.

Meanwhile, a quarter-mile portion of Balm-Riverview Road — between Boyette Road and Lapetite Way — will close Thursday at 9 p.m. and reopen the following morning at 5.

Motorists may detour by taking Boyette Road to U.S. 301, and U.S. 301 to Balm-Riverview Road.

Both road closures are due to the installation of storm-drain systems.
