MONEY MANAGEMENT: The Hillsborough County Cooperative Extension Service will offer a three-part personal money management series, "Practical Steps to Financial Stability," from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and March 3 and 10 at 5339 County Road 579, Seffner.
