Famous Choir To Grace Audience
The famous University of Notre Dame Liturgical Choir, composed of approximately 70 singers, will perform a free concert of sacred music in the main sanctuary at Nativity Catholic Church, 705 E Brandon Blvd., Brandon. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. Selections will include plainchant, or songs sung in unison without instrumental accompaniment, as well as Latin motets from the Renaissance and 19th century France, Britain and Germany.
Performers will include Tampa Bay area Notre Dame students Eric Routen and Madison Prieto, choir president. Tickets may be picked up at the door. Call Carlos Vazques-Ramos at (813) 681-4608 for information.

Musician To Strum At The Library
The Hillsborough County Public Library Cooperative will host acoustic guitarist Jack Williams (pictured) at 7 p.m. at Brandon Regional Library, 619 Vonderburg Drive.
Williams is an acclaimed musician and songwriter known for his folk, pop, country, jazz and blues tunes.

Honoring The Military
The Hillsborough Veterans Council will host a Field of Honor Ceremony at 10 a.m. at Veterans Memorial Park, 3602 U. S. 301 N., Tampa.
Veterans of America Tampa Bay Chapter 787 will conduct the ceremony to honor men and women in the military who have died during the past three months fighting the war on terrorism.
Names are read aloud and flags are placed in the field four times a year. To date, there are approximately 4,000 flags in the field representing fallen soldiers.

RV Show Rolls In
The Florida RV Trade Association will host the 24th Florida RV Supershow from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Jan. 14-17 and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Jan. 18 at the Florida State Fairgrounds, 4800 U.S. 301 N., Tampa.
Companies providing financing and insurance options also will be on hand. Admission is $8 for adults for a two-day pass and free for ages 16 and younger when accompanied by an adult. Seniors will receive a $1 discount at the Wednesday show.
Wheelchair rentals will be available. Parking is $5 for cars and $10 for RVs or buses. Visitors are asked to enter the fairgrounds at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard entrance. Free shuttle service will be available. Call (813) 741-0488.
Center Place Helps Budding Artists
Center Place Fine Arts and Civic Association will offer people ages 8 to 15 a chance to learn the steps for better drawings and paintings from 9 a.m.-noon Jan. 17 at 619 Vonderburg Drive, Brandon.
Artist Sue Allen will explain and demonstrate composition, color, drawing skills and watercolor painting to interested students. Students will have the opportunity to create art.
