Dad, daughter take first place in Father's Day photo contest

Allan Medina of South Tampa is the grand-prize winner of five (5) tickets to Universal Studios in the TBO.com Father's Day 2009 photo contest.

The winning photo features Medina and his daughter, Mia, sharing an ice-cream cone.

Our second place winner is Alison Asher of Westchase. Asher submitted a photo of her husband, Steve teaching his daughter, Kaitlyn, how to hit a ball off of a baseball tee. Asher will receive four (4) tickets to Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa.

Photo entries were judged by TBO.com community producers Judy Wade and Kevin Brady, and Kathy Vance of The Tampa Tribune.

Medina and Asher faced stiff competition with over 400 photos entered into the online gallery. To see all of the pictures, log on to TBO.com, keyword: Father's Day.
