Dollar General store to open soon in Dover

DOVER - A site on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard will be developed as a Dollar General store.
The sale of the 1.7-acre property at 14735 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd is one of three sold to an Arkansas Dollar General Stores developer, according to Coldwell Banker Commercial Al Group in Orange City, which brokered the deals.
Construction of each of the 9,000-square-feet stores is set to begin soon, with openings tentatively set for Sept. 30, said Bob Manor, one of two commercial real estate veterans who handled the three sales that totaled more than $800,000. The Dover site was bought from Gary Craig.
The other store sites are 301 U.S. 17 S., Zolfo Springs, and 2191 N.W. 10th St., Ocala.
