Is there anything in the state statutes, or normally in association by-laws, that prohibits the president from making a motion? We are being told by some members that Robert's Rules prohibit the president from making a motion. • Dunedin Fine Art Center's new directors Walter Blenner, Roberta Lutz Christenson, Alan "Arky" Feldshue, Alison Freeborn, Natonia "Toni" Hagans, Karen Lehrburger and Carol Mariani were welcomed at the center's first regular board meeting for the 2010 fiscal year. They then joined in electing the new board officers.
