Preston Parker's legal problems are continuing less than a month after his was kicked off Florida State University's football team. Parker was charged with DUI by Tallahassee police in January. That arrest violated his probation in a Palm Beach County case, and a warrant was issued for his arrest, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
